GABA Tea involves processing the tea leaves in an oxygen-free (nitrogen) environment. By doing so, the tea maintains a high level of GABA (Gamma-amino Butyric Acid), a neurotransmitter, and is characterised by having one of the highest levels of anti-oxidants amongst all teas.
Coupled with the high presence of GABA, the tea provides a mild stimulating effect (due to the caffeine content), whilst lowering blood pressure, promoting more restful sleep, mental alertness and memory retention.

Directly translated, Dong Ding means Frozen Summit, and for many, is considered to be one of the most premium of Oolong Teas.
Dong Ding Oolong Teas have a longer roast process, making them darker than most other oolong teas. This tea has a unique intense caramel and nutty aroma, and a darker orange infusion.

Osmanthus Oolong Tea is produced by scenting oolong tea with fresh Osmanthus flowers, giving the tea a sweet peachy taste. In addition, this tea also contains dried Osmanthus flowers to add fragrance and depth.
